1.1. These Terms govern your access to the Wear & Share application, website, services, features, and any related updates, collectively referred to as the “Service.”
1.2. In these Terms, “Wear & Share” refers to the application, its management, and its current operator within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The name alone does not mean that a registered commercial entity exists under that name unless otherwise officially announced.
1.3. By creating an account, accessing the Service, listing an item, or sending a message, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1.4. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1.5. The Privacy Policy, Prohibited Products Rules, Community Guidelines, and any instructions displayed in the application form an integral supplement to these Terms.
2.1. Wear & Share is a technology platform that enables users to list, search for, and communicate about used clothing and fashion items that they own.
2.2. Wear & Share is not a seller, buyer, agent, payment intermediary, or delivery company, and does not become a party to any sale, exchange, or delivery contract between users.

2.4. The application does not receive payments for sales, deduct commissions, or hold funds on behalf of any user.
2.5. The application’s core services are available free of charge as of the effective date of these Terms, and the application currently charges no commission on sales between users.
